A: The receipt for your online purchase will be sent to the email address you give us, as will any other necessary order-related correspondence. We also have a product newsletter that is sent to our customers occasionally to inform them of new products that are added to our catalog. You can choose not to receive the newsletter on the next page, if you wish.
Q: Will you sell my email address to another company or spam me?
A: No. We respect the rights of our customers and the privacy of their confidential information. We will not sell or give away any of your information, including your email address, to any other company.

STATUS OF ORDER: If you are curious about the status of an order you already placed, please call us at 800-736-6530. Our shipping managers are on duty Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. , Central Time. It is easier for us to investigate your order or track it within UPS while you are on the phone (rather than answering your e-mail) in case we need to ask you additional questions. We usually ship orders just a few days after they are placed, but the delivery date depends on the speed of UPS.
HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERS: Before calling to check the status of your order, please keep in mind that our shipping center (as well as UPS) operates slightly slower than normal during the holiday season due to the large volume of gift orders. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE during this extremely busy season!
GIFT ITEMS: We can ship gifts directly to the recipient, and we can also enclose a gift card.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. However, insurance restrictions prohibit us from accepting returns on food products, even if the packages are not opened. We will gladly accept back unopened non-food items that are in the sold condition within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase amount including taxes, minus shipping, and credit the method you paid. If your product arrives damaged en route please call the customer service line immediately so we can work out a solution and re-ship you the product (excluding melting with the sweet soynuts, which are shipped at your own risk).
In the event that a Lee Seed Company, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lee Seed Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
